Good to know
A 50% deposit confirms your reservation. The balance is due 48 hours before your event. Cancel more than 72 hours ahead for a full refund, or more than 24 hours ahead for 50%.
Every rental includes the lounge, kitchenette, and backyard deck during your window, the ADA gender-neutral bathroom, and all setup and cleaning. Need extra hours or more space? We’ll quote it when you inquire.
We’re at 1410 Irving Street. The N-Judah stops a block away. There is paid parking directly in front of Tillage and free street parking can often be found on Lincoln along GGP and the nearby neighborhood.
