You won't find a networking event at Tillage, a founder mingle, or the million other events that fill your calendar and you with FOMO, while adding to the burnout that leads to loneliness and isolation. Tillage Gatherings are an invitation to rebel against the hustle porn and to engage in activities that are restful, restorative, and rejuvenating.

Finish out your week with tacos and drinks at Underdogs Tres. For members and non-members alike, meet at Tillage at 5:30pm. From there we'll walk down to Underdogs Tres. Join the vision we’re building together. Invite a friend. First-timers, your first drink is on us.
Join us for a Forest Immersion Walk led by Brian Kim, Tillage member and founder of Trellis Life and Wellness. We'll meet at Tillage at 12:30pm and walk into Golden Gate Park to explore the nature that abounds right in our backyard. In a fast-paced, hyperconnected world, we often become disconnected—from ourselves, from others, and from the natural rhythms that bring balance and clarity. Forest Immersion is an intentional practice designed to restore that connection. Blending the principles of Forest Bathing with mindful movement, these guided experiences offer space to slow down, breathe deeply, and engage your senses in the healing presence of nature.
In the venerable words of Thorin Oakenshield, “If more of us valued food and cheer and song above hoarded gold, it would be a merrier world.” The members' meal is our invitation to pause from our work, from production, and intentionally value food and cheer (and maybe even a song) together. Gather with other members at Tillage at 6pm for pizzas and calzones from Azul Wildflour, the non-profit that we're excited to be supporting.
View our newest art exhibit, “My Best Friend,” and meet Matthew Stansell, the San Francisco-based artist who brought these paintings to life. Stansell focuses on figurative painting and contemporary social realism but has recently delved more into abstract depictions.
WHERE IS MEANING FOUND? "Vanity of vanities, all is vanity." ...so opens the ever-provocative "Qoheleth" of Ecclesiastes. Inside this little book we find a view of life "under the sun," calling into question that which we chase to the detriment of all else. Join us as we explore aspects of the meaningful and where it is found, according to “Qoheleth” in Ecclesiastes. We'll have an evening of lively discussion, libations, debate, and readings aloud as we continue our salon series: How to Survive the Coming AI Utopocalypse[0]. Free for members. $35 for non-members.

In this workshop led by Ashley Sojin Kim (published poet and Tillage member), learn how to leverage effective language and imagery to craft poetry where every word counts. We will read selections from WS Merwin, Victoria Chang, and others, as well as engage in exercises such as erasure poetry (also called blackout poetry) and generate new writing. Free for members. $35 for non-members.
